Farkle or 10,000

A Dice Game named farkle.   This is a very fun game with 6 dice.

Must have 750 Points to get on the board
Roll a One = 100 p
Roll a Five = 50p
Roll three one's = 1000p
All other tripples = Face value X 100 eg three 7's = 700 points
Roll 1-5 and 2-6 = 1000p
Roll 1-6 = 2000p
3 doubles = 1500p

NO ones or five on a roll = FARKLE
When all 6 dice have value Roll again and add points.

Eg..  If i Rolled a 1,55,66  I would keep the 1 and re-roll the other 5 dice
{1} 4441  That is {100p} + 400p + 100p =600p  and Rolling so i would(and be forced to)  pick all 6 dice roll again and add up the points.  Keep rolling untill farkle or i want to stay.  so the next roll i get 111556 thats 1000p +{600p} for 1600 I would keep the score for that turn and pass the dice.  ready for the next turn.  After I hit 10,000 points  the other teammates get 1 more chance to beat my high score.

Yeah im doing great,  Or at least as great as I can without my dog.

It's nice to spend time in your own room and house for that matter.

I'd like for you to set a date when you can come up and see me, And where I can start taking

care of Arrow.

This is very important, that way I can look forward to him and you.

Hi Brian,

I am sending you some photos so you can see that Arrow is happy. I don't want you to worry about him. I also want to ask you if you could see fit to let me adopt him. I don't want to hurt you in any way. He has been a special and awesome part of your life. He has lived with me for so long now that he just fits in here and he is very attached to Sadie and Magellan. He is happy and joyful and loving. He only has problems with strangers who remind him of life in the park (he will bite without warning anyone who comes into our yard if he thinks they look suspicious). And he gets nervous and panicky when he is separated from me (he wouldn't even let my daughter take him on a run when it meant leaving me behind while I was walking.)  I never intended this, Brian, though I can see how you would think I did. Its just been so many months of a safe, secure routine for him, and he had a lot of trauma on the streets before this, even though you tried to take good care of him. Will you consider this?  Jill

No, he is my dog, and I can take care of him just fine,  I really appreciate your help when I needed it,  But Arrow has helped me through more than you can guess,  And I intend to be with him for the rest of his life.

As we discussed when you were Living in Las Vegas,  I made Legal Inquires regarding Arrow.  If Jill cannot produce Legally Binding Documents showing legal transfer of Arrow to her possession, you should file a Criminal Complaint for Felony Theft.  And if she is now transferring ownership of Arrow a Complaint of Felony Conversion of Property should be filed.  And following that, Civil Complaints against her personally and against the Church as she is employed by the Church and was acting as their agent.

 

From Jill's CV it doesn't appear that she has the credentials to make the kinds of determinations she claims.  You certainly have many friends who can testify that you took "More than adequate" care of Arrow while he was in possession.  And I believe that Jill's emails to you which we have preserved strongly work against any argument she might want to marshal.

 

I would forward this email to Jill as the first and best legal advice was to try to settle out of court first.  But failing that, the advice was to "hit hard and hit fast" [legally. of course].  One Attorney said she'd assist Pro Bono.

STOLEN DOG.  and Refusing the rightful owners of that dog Ownership.
