Lernu.net is the main hangout for learning Esperanto, Udemy and Edufire are websites that allow teachers to post classes (only Edufire can you set a cost for the class and get %12 back)  Udemy.com will Dominate the field and leave Edufire in the dust,   Mostly because Edufire.com has atrocious Google advertising all over it.  and uses Adobe Conference. 

However Udemy.com needs to change a few things before they are ready to become a real success - Mostly social networking basics.
